When you drive along past the airport on Route 1A north, check out the new steel skeleton rising from the ground.  Excel Academy Charter School is building its new High School, next to the new Bremen Street Park and the East Boston Public Library. Along with CEO Owen Stearns and Founder Yutaka Tamura, we are keeping a close eye on the new café space and courtyard opening out to the East Boston Greenway.   WT Rich superintendent Tim Creed is choreographing steel work on the tight site with skill, with the help of a brand new 6-piston crane.
