A big congratulations to our friends and colleagues at the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) & the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) for being awarded the Manuel Carballo Governor’s Award for Excellence in Public Service. Their dedication to public service and tireless devotion to the Taunton Women’s Recovery from Addiction Program (WRAP) project allowed the team to complete the project and get it ready for occupancy in a year. We are so proud to have been a part of this project and to have worked with these talented individuals.
