E+ Highland Gains Zoning Board Approval

The Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Boston approved plans for our E+ Highland multi-family project. Working with Rees-Larkin Devlopment the 4-story co-op building will have 23 units. of which 15 are affordable, and generate more energy than it uses.
